Patrick Ng . Co-founder & Director
Patrick graduated from University of Melbourne in Australia, where he obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees in Architecture. After graduation, he worked for an international architecture firm on a number of large scale residential development projects in Melbourne. In 2005, he returned to Hong Kong and joined a respected architectural practice where he was assigned to gain significant experience in luxury retail projects, international luxury hotels and mixed use shopping malls, the clients are including Louis Vuitton, Berluti, Tiffany & Co, Alfred Dunhill, Fendi, Le Meridien and Beijing Yintai Centre etc. He was appointed as director of the company responsible for liaison with major clients in Greater China. Given his enviable record of faultless project delivery in the design and contract management of each major development, he continued to play a critical role in assuring the client’s expectations were always met in full. He established PARA Designworks with Raymond Lau in 2014, aimed to deliver more comprehensive architectural consultancy service to their clients.

Liu Liu Cai . Director
Raymond graduated with master degree of Architectural Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2007, he was qualified as Registered Architect in Hong Kong. He has joined a world renowned architectural office focusing his expertise on the projects office buildings, shopping malls, international hotels, luxury retail projects and etc. In 2009, he was assigned as Resident Architect for two consecutive years in various cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing to supervise the construction works and to ensure all design details were executed with high level of international standards. Apart from his design expertise, he was also the Project Director who in charge of many luxury retail projects. The clients include Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Ermenegildo Zegna, Ralph Lauren, Berluti, Tiffany & Co, Alfred Dunhill, and Fendi etc. His professional skills of design and project management received high trust and recommendations from clients.
Liuliu is a professional in construction management who has many years work experience with international developers in China. His expertise covers various project types in the industry, including shopping mall, office tower, retail and restaurants, etc. He is familiar with the construction industry in China especially all the aspects in local Government submission, China's tendering procedure, leasing matters, licensing, Landlord's coordination and construction management. He delivers a very strong support and backup on all the technical aspects and establishing a very smooth communication channel between client, designer, landlord, government and contractors.
